CEVICHE, ¡a delicious delicacy!

Ceviche is one of the most representative of Peru and known worldwide, it is an exquisite dish and I want to show you a bit of its history and preparation:

It is believed that more than 2000 years ago on the Peruvian coast, the Mochica culture prepared a dish based on fresh fish, which was cooked with the juice of a local fruit, called tumbo;  later, in the time of the Incas, the fish was macerated with a girl, and it was until the arrival of the Spaniards when the ingredients that we know today in ceviche were added: lemon and onion.


In Peru, this delicious dish is usually accompanied by sweet potato and corn.

The recipe to prepare this exquisite dish is as follows:

 2 lb of sea bass fillet
 3 red onions cut Julienne
 8 or 10 lemons
 5 chiquito minced chili pepper
 Pepper
 Salt
 1 ½ tablespoon chopped cilantro
 3 to 5 garlic cloves, crushed
 3 lettuce leaves
 3 yellow sweet potatoes
 8 1-inch slices of corn

preparation:

 1- Cook the sliced ​​corn.
 2- Cook the sweet potatoes, peel them and cut them into 2 cm slices.
 3- Wash the fish with water and salt.
 4- Then cut it into small squares and add salt.

Put the fish in a bowl and season with crushed garlic and salt.  Add the chiquito minced ají limo and the freshly squeezed lemon, the pepper and the chopped cilantro.  Let it rest for 10 minutes.
 Place onion on top of the fish.

MY EATING HABITS

Hello everyone, it is a pleasure to greet you again, to share a little more about myself I want to tell you about my eating habits, what I usually eat on weekdays.


For breakfast, I usually have boiled egg, avocado sandwich and coffee, rarely I drink milk, I love cheese so during the week I usually vary between avocado and this other food.


For lunch, I usually have rice, chicken and vegetable salad, I always accompany it with maracuyá juice or camu camu juice.


For dinner, I usually have  Sandwich egg or Chicken Sandwich with tea or fruit juice.  I love to eat burger or broaster chicken on the weekends, but I do occasionally.  I rarely eat pizza on the weekends.
